At Pruuf, we are dedicated to delivering our gourmet puddings to you as fresh and quickly as possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific shipping guidelines to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.

1. Shipping Locations

United States Only: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Carriers and Services

To guarantee the freshness of our puddings, we exclusively use overnight or next-day delivery services:

We have selected these services to minimize transit time and maintain product quality.

3. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs are calculated based on real-time carrier rates and are passed on to the customer at checkout.
No Markup: We do not add any additional fees to the carrier's shipping rates.

4. Order Processing Time

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders After Cutoff: Orders received after 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping Schedule

No Shipping on Weekends or Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays to ensure products are not in transit longer than necessary.

6. Delivery Requirements

Perishable Goods: Our puddings are perishable and require immediate refrigeration upon delivery.
Delivery Address: Please provide a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.
No P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the perishable nature of our products.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
Undeliverable Packages: We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Issues
